In 2017 we were given the opportunity to complete a total internal refurbishment, providing wood flooring, stone, ceramics, carpets, doors, a bespoke gin bar, staircases and all finishes including lights, electric sockets, vanities, baths, showers, joinery and paint finishes.

Two individually designed detached homes with a combined area of 16,400 ft² and a Market Value of £6.75m. Traditional Construction using ‘House Deck’ slab system and luxuriously appointed.

This project was completed in the very prestigious Blackhills Estate in Esher, Surrey. The house was featured on ITV's Good Morning Britain and includes a swimming pool, basement gym, games room, bar, heated driveway, turntable and air conditioning.

Neil Jones
Neil has 30 years of property related experience, ranging from strategic land/site assemblies and acquisitions to bespoke design and build projects for UHNW private clients in some of the UK's most prestigious private estates. He has proven ability in managing teams to improve performance and delivering these projects on time and in budget. His previous business won many industry accolades including London Evening Standard's 'Best Luxury Family Home' and 'Best Home Counties Residential Development' awards.

Wayne started his career from his teens, he learnt his trade with hands on experience and has taken this into his management style. Working with the day to day operation and construction of each project he ensures that everyone who is part of the team is pulling in the right direction. After many years of working in super prime residential projects, major commercial fit outs and government buildings, including No.10 Downing Street, Wayne has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge. With over 20 years of construction experience Wayne brings a positive energy to every project, is an effective communicator and a hands on manager.

From client concept to design, fabrication and install Davhen will work with a client team from the outset, assisting in the value and quality provided. We are also able to provide a full detail design that can cover all aspects and delivery our projects alongside your own creatives.

Procurement
Through a vast and direct delivery network Davhen are really able to give value for money across all sectors of fabrication. Our aim is to provide our clients with what they want, working to agreed budget requirements. We work with our clients to ensure they are getting exactly what they want.
STAGE THREE
Programme
A full fabrication and installation programme is the foundation and benchmark for any project. The main use for this is in the delivery of the project but also allows us to fully report and update our clients on progress and planned dates of actions. Communication is high on our list of priorities across the company.

Fabrication
Our user friendly commercial team will communicate through weekly meetings and ensure projects are working towards the level of budget set from the outset. During the fabrication process we invite our clients to review samples and to inspect works where it can be accommodated.

Project Delivery
Once all key elements of the project are ready to go we carefully plan installation to ensure we work around other construction teams and suppliers. Our works will be adequately protected for reveal to your clients and to ensure we deliver perfect products every time.
